• 1.1.2. Content Submission via the designated form on the Platform, including but not limited to ideas, suggestions, descriptions, and any content voluntarily submitted by you through the Platform.
• 1.1.3. Demographic Information, including but not limited to location data and geotagging only when expressly enabled by you, and IP information to improve our servers and fix any subsequent problems that may arise on the Platform.
• 1.1.4. Other information, including but not limited to the amount of time spent on the Platform, browser related information, pages accessed before or after visiting the Platform, operating system of your device, as well as any information voluntarily shared by you while communicating with us in relation to an idea submitted on the Platform.

1.2. Information may also be collected by us through the enquiry form or the form of optional surveys that will be sent to you either on your e-mail address or simultaneously whilst you are browsing the Platform.

1.3. Information made available by you on the Platform will be stored by us in part or in full, depending on its nature.

• 2.1.1. To receive, analyse, evaluate, categorise, and shortlist ideas submitted by citizens.
• 2.1.2. To contact you for verification, clarification, feedback, testimonials, recognition, or follow-up engagement.
• 2.1.3. To communicate updates, information, outreach material, and engagement initiatives of CTCC.
• 2.1.4. To administer, operate, monitor, and improve the Platform and its performance.
• 2.1.5. To generate anonymised insights, analytics, and reports.
• 2.1.6. To comply with applicable legal, regulatory, or governmental requirements.

3. CONSENT AND COMMUNICATIONS

3.1. By submitting your details on the Platform, you unequivocally provide free, informed, specific, and unambiguous consent to:

• 3.1.1. The processing of your personal data for the purposes set out in this Policy; and
• 3.1.2. Receiving communications from CTCC, either directly or through a third-party agency such as Aerra, including but not limited to WhatsApp messages, SMSes, emails, phone calls, or other electronic means, relating to updates, feedback, testimonials, events, and outreach initiatives.

3.2. You may withdraw your consent by contacting the designated support address in Clause 12 of the Privacy Policy.

4. SHARING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

4.1. Aerra and CTCC will share personal data only under the following circumstances:

• 4.1.1. With authorised personnel, teams, and parent entities of Aerra and CTCC;
• 4.1.2. We may disclose such personal information to third parties when such disclosure is required to provide you with access to the Platform, to fulfill legal obligations, to enforce the Policies, to further any outreach, engagement, awareness, marketing and advertising activities, to detect and mitigate fraudulent activities that are related to the Platform, to respond to claims that an advertisement, posting or other content violates the rights of a third party, and protect the rights, property or personal safety of our Users or the general public.
• 4.1.3. We and our affiliates will share/provide some or all of your personal information with another business entity, should we plan to merge with, or be acquired by that business entity, or in the case of reorganization, restructuring or amalgamation of business. In case of such a transaction, the other business entity (or newly formed entity) will be mandated to follow this Policy with respect to your personal information.

5. LINKS TO THIRD PARTY SITES

5.1. The Platform may contain external links that will redirect you to other websites. This Policy does not apply to those websites.

5.2. We are not responsible for the privacy policy and practices of any third party websites, and shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or misuse of personal data arising from acts or omissions of such third-party platforms.

9. JURISDICTION

9.1. If you choose to visit this Platform, your visit and any future disputes are bound by this Policy and this Platform’s Terms of Use.

9.2. Any legal disputes arising will be resolved by the laws that govern the territory of India with Chandigarh as the seat of any legal proceedings.
